Hwaju 12 is a 4 stage fermented sool (Korean alcohol) made exclusively with organic medium grain white rice, organic sweet (glutinous) white rice, and nuruk (traditional Korean wild fermentation starter).

dry, earthy, floral, and bright with slight effervescence.
