Field blend of 70% red and 30% white grapes: Vinhao, Bastardo, Espadeiro, Borracal, Arinto, Loureiro etc.
Very high acid red or rose (depending how you look at it), short maceracion of 5 days. Fermented with ground chestnut flowers to stabilize at bottling.
