This coffee is sourced from small coffee producers organized around the Kebel Aramo Coffee Mill, located in the Gedeo Zone. (The zone is named after the indigenous peoples that live there). The cherries are dried out in the sun on drying beds for approximately 12-15 days. The beans are then transported to Addis Ababa to be milled and bagged.
