-Certified Organic blend of Zweigelt and Sauvignon Blanc from Kaptal, Austria
-Quite a light juicy red (blend of red and white grapes), good with a chill on it.
-Whole bunch Zweigelt co-fermented with crushed Sauvignon Blanc for 14 days. Fermentation with native yeasts. Aged for 6 months in used French oak (228 liters of 4-12 years old). 8 mg/l sulfur added before bottling. No fining, no filtration, just handled by gravity.
